We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Standard Shipping (US$12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (for orders over US$50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.
Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We stand behind the quality of our authentic Italian products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Exceptions:
Due to the perishable nature of gourmet foods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Fresh Formaggio (Cheese)
- Deli items
- Fish products
- Opened food items of any kind
All return items must be in their original, unopened condition with packaging intact.
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Email Content:
- Your order number and date
- Item(s) to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange for specific product)
- Confirmation that items are unopened in original packaging
- Your full name and contact number
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include this RMA number clearly on your return package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the items securely in their original packaging and ship to:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify the replacement product in your initial email
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items
