Paolo Marolo has been distilling grappa for more than 35 years, using his own hands to craft spirit of the highest quality. Tasting note:

6 months in barriques of oak give this young grappa a softer (morbide, as the Italians call it) nature. Marc is sourced from around the Roero, Barolo and Barbaresco districts, and Nebbiolo’s spice and florals are present, along with the oak’s subtle influence. Aldo Conterno, Luciano Sandrone and Fratelli Revello are amongst suppliers of the base product.
