Tasting note: Typically, the Bera Dolcetto takes this everyday variety, and makes one of the best of its type. This shows deep red cherry and even purple colour and saturated juicy Dolcetto flavours and the characteristic dry, zippy finish. Great for red things particularly loves red fish, e.g. tuna.
